By virtue of the historic
British Maritime traditions and vast coastline and trade, the South Asian
sub-continent has played a dominant role in shipping. This area has always
been a major source of seafarers for British shipping. Following
independence from Britain
in 1947, the countries in South Asia put
greater emphasis on training and producing their own Merchant Navy officers
for their fleets. As members of the Commonwealth, all U.K. systems of training and
certification were adopted. Over the years sufficient certificated officers
were produced for employment beyond their national flags on vessels of most
nationalities and Flags of Convenience. Since the past three decades both
officers and ratings are vastly being employed worldwide. Having followed U.K.
standards there was no problem in adopting the STCW Conventions.
Entice Shipping Services (Pvt) Ltd. was established in
1998 to fill the need for third party ship management in the maritime
industry. Since then, we have had the opportunity to initiate and implement
a great number of exciting projects. Our services include Ship Management,
Crew Management, Marine Consultancy, Crew Training, IT Solutions, Marine
crew travelling and more.

managers, Entice Shipping manages full complement of seven latest vessel,
four new Aframax tankers and two 2004 built Panamax bulk carriers. Sailing
under different flags with over 140 Pakistani seafarers. The repeated
acquisition of newbuilding vessel and its entire supervision has helped us
