The Company recognizes that safe and efficient operation of a vessel is greatly dependent on the expertise and experience of the staff appointed to the vessel. Trained crew is the key to success in today’s ship management industry.

The ability to provide competent, properly trained sea staff is the difference between a first class ship manager and the rest. Entice shipping understands this and has put in place the structure staff training and support to provide clients with trained, qualified and experienced crew for all ship types through their own Seafarers training institute.

In order to regularly update knowledge of the staff and to keep the training as a continuous learning process, we have our own Scinicariello Seafarers Training Centre, which is fully accredited and approved by the Administration after having met more than recommended requirements under IMO guideline.

The Training Centre is supported by a faculty of Master Mariners & Chief Officers, who have years of experience in their respective ranks on different type of vessels, trading worldwide. It conducts all ancillary courses under STCW’95 Convention as well as other courses that may be required from time to time.

The centre is well equipped with  instruments and training equipment and has highly qualified and experienced faculty. Students get the opportunity of hands-on experience on equipments and appliances that are usually available on board vessels.
